Couscous is <strong>a versatile base you can use to make many different recipes<\/strong>, ideal both as a summer dish to be served cold, and to be served <strong>hot or warm<\/strong> in winter!<br \/>\nWe offer you a Mediterranean version which contains different vegetables: zucchini, eggplant, carrots, peppers, and mint, with the addition of cashews, chickpeas, and turmeric to give it that typical taste of North African preparations, the original place of this delicious dish, now international.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Recipe for 4 people<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"li1\">Chickpeas,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">mint,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">4 glasses of couscous,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">cashew nuts,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">2 zucchini,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">1 medium eggplant,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">1 carrot,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">1\/2 yellow pepper,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">1\/2 red pepper,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">1 teaspoon of turmeric powder,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">4 glasses of water,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">1 tablespoon and a half of <strong><span style=\"color: #c42300;\"><a style=\"color: #c42300;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dialbrodo.com\/en\/prodotto\/classico\/\">Brodo granulare Classico Dialbrodo<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Start by cleaning and cutting the vegetables and the aromas necessary for the recipe: cut the eggplant and peppers first into slices, then into sticks and finally into cubes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Then proceed with the carrot and zucchini, cut them first into slightly diagonal slices, and then into sticks.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Put a large wok on the stove and heat a drizzle of oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">First add the peppers, then the eggplants, and then all the other vegetables: zucchini, carrots, and mint.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Saut\u00e9 the vegetables over high heat (it will take just a few minutes).<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Add the cashews and chickpeas and let cook for 2 minutes more, mixing all the ingredients.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Meanwhile, take a pan and boil 4 glasses of water. Add a tablespoon and a half of <strong><span style=\"color: #c42300;\"><a style=\"color: #c42300;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dialbrodo.com\/en\/prodotto\/classico\/\">Classico Dialbrodo<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0and cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Pour the couscous, cover it with a lid, and turn off the heat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Wait a few minutes, until the couscous has absorbed all the broth.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">At this point you can shell the couscous with the help of a fork.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Mix the vegetables and the couscous, adding a drizzle of oil if necessary.Here is the vegetable couscous, ready to be served!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The vegetables couscous is a colourful, tasty, and very quick first course!
